GPs are renowned for being bad but this should get an award for inefficiency. Please stay away. Some examples: 1) Subscription to the GP. There are two different online forms, both have to be filled by each member of the family and they ask pretty much the same things. The first iteration wasn't enough, lost by the GP, we had to redo it again. 16 forms to be filled in total. Do you think this is enough? No, we have received for the next 6 weeks calls and email asking over and over the same thing i.e. our residential address 2) Hospital gave us a referral to bring to our GP. Called them, they ask us to send an email with the copy. Done, no answer. Sent follow up email to get an update, no answer. I am forced to go there in person but most likely it won't solve anything 3) After 6 months the GP changed our residential address unexpectedly. Found out the wrong address at the pharmacy picking up a prescription. Again, I will have to go there in person 4) impossible to get an appointment and when you do, expect to be visited at least 30 minutes after the given time
