Are you havin a laugh mate! These are the words I wish I'd have said to JULIAN LIVINGSTON What can I say? I went in to have my foot examined and came out with an extra arm. DON'T TRUST HIS OUTLANDISH TECHNIQUES!!!!

This is the first time I have used this service, but everyone was so welcoming and made me feel very relaxed during my appointment. Mitle Patel showed fantastic care and patience with myself during my appointment, full advice and aftercare advice given on how to mange and avoid any more discomfort to my foot. I would 100% recommend this service to anyone.

Terrible, incompetent, rip-off. Couldn't walk because of heel pain. Paid 160 pounds for a 10 minute "consultation" which consisted of Mr Livingstone squeezing my heel. He referred me to his preferred hospital, the best hospital according to him, in order to get a private MRI which cost 300 pounds. This great hospital lost my report and I had to chase it many times and only received it after I escalated my complaint to the office of the CEO of the company that owns the hospital. Mr Livingstone's staff did not offer any meaningful help in getting the report. Once I got the report, the report had clearly been written in a hurry and missed the problem I had in my heel. I had to repeat the MRI in a different place, paid twice, and finally the problem was identified: bursitis, hardly a difficult condition to diagnose. So, I ended up spending almost 500 pounds because of Mr Livingstone's incompetence for nothing, only to spend 300 pounds more afterwards to get a diagnosis . AVOID AT ALL COSTS (which for me amounted to 800 pounds).

Provided an accurate diagnosis, thoughtful advice, did not try to upsell me or over treat. And best of all it seemed to work and my feet feel a lot better. An excellent neighbourhood podiatrist.

I'm very surprised by the previous review (though it is rather old). I've been in there several times recently, seeing Matthew, and found the whole experience very positive. Of creepiness/ignorance was there no sign - all was charming competence and, most importantly, I came out of there with my feet feeling a BIG lot better than when I went in! Highly recommended.
