        Absolutely awful. Came away from the hot stone massage with a trapped nerve and had to take the next day off work. 10 days later and I still can't turn my head to the right. When I spoke to the manager they said this is usual and the solution would be to come in for more massages! I regularly have massages so I know the difference between post massage soreness and a trapped nerve. Rooms are cramped and you can hear the receptionist talking loudly and laughing all the way through your treatment. Not a good atmosphere, treatment or customer service.

        The place is amazing, staff are amazing, and the facilities are amazing. Laa my masseuse was PHONOMENAL. Would be going back there on a regular basis.
