Gibfit 30 - Gym Muswell Hill

This is a really beautiful architectural space to work out, with loads of light and a lovely down to earth atmosphere . All of the trainers work so hard to design circuits that are varied, innovative, changeable and adaptable for all abilities. You will see results in your body quickly at gibfit and as you repeat exercises , you do grow in your understanding of the movement. I did the seven day free trial before signing up, which is an extremely generous gift for a newcomer. I loved every single class and learnt a lot. If you are looking for a happy group workout that is challenging in a clean environment, with small numbers, you have to try gibfit. I think it's the loveliest space to work out. John is just very good at his job! Really well-planned and well-constructed sessions. They are fun, accessible, super effective, nicely personalised (esp if you have niggles) - and John is an extremely energetic, kind, knowledgeable trainer. Everything you could want from small class format / personal training.

Great team, friendly, welcoming, John is the only person who has ever persuaded me to exercise, and it is over a year of pt now. The classes are great, John helps, me hit realistic goals and is always enthusiastic and inventive to stop me getting bored. If you are in the area or not, I recommend them unreservedly, no need to be a gym bunny, I am not!
