Least helpful surgery , the lady who seems to be in charge is rude and has no consideration

Ive had a far more caring service since they moved me to the rutland house surgery and couldn't recommend them more. However, queens avenue surgery is awful, mainly due to the receptionist. Ive been denied medication due to this "power play" and this seemingly ugly need she has to treat adults like children. My dad didn't hear the doctor call out his name in reception as he is partially deaf and when the receptionist saw he was the only patient left in the surgery she patronisingly said "are you deaf or something, they called you 15 minutes ago" - this woman is vile she also would "tease" my mother saying she didn't have a prescription when she had put in fact put the request in with plenty of notice. I seriously cannot understand why she is still there after so many years

Their doing this because n.h.s is definitely going to be privatised for sure ... this is why their behaviour with bad receptionist incompetence gps are about and its happening all over. Reviews are same , they want us to start getting used when privatising n.h.s is set in place . So their acting this way so we keep going for the private gps to be seen . Yet not all can afford private treatment . Its absolutely disgrace . Yet their seeing private patients of their own face to face in other hospitals .so really the us patients are made to suffer they want more money and government refuse . So this is how patients are treated no care no concern . Receptionist are told to say their fully booked etc or give you appointments when their told by doctors and select patients to see . This is actually abuse in a way to patients . Yet government encourage this behaviour of doctors . As if its bad enough they bring more people into a country already in crisis with n.h.s .
