I love this place! It has just added to the already rich character of Muswell Hill nightlife but whereas the village is already rich in its choice of restaurants with good bars and cocktail lists, we now have a great bar which also has a small but high quality food menu. If you've never heard of or eaten anything cooked on the Big Green Egg then you have to try Belmeis. If you have then you know what I'm talking about. And to top it all they have live music twice a week - Sundays and Wednesdays. Winner! UPDATE April 2022. The bar has recently (about six months ago) changed hands and the new owners have gone a long way to addressing some of the problems the business was experiencing coming out of lockdown. I'm enjoying coming here again

Had my birthday party yesterday and everything was great. Belmeis is what was missing in Muswell hill area. The place is very cosy and not too loud, the staff extremely polite and have best customer service, great atmosphere, lovely drinks. I'll definitely go back for a cocktail and glass of wine.
