        The place looks rundown, I was not allowed to see my cats accommodation. I left my cat for 5 nights, he came home very stressed and what looked like blood on the end of his nose! He slept in my arms for weeks which he never did before .. my heart was broken as I was reassured he would be well looked after. There was little sign of much care given. Never again will I use Elite Cattery.

        The people who run this place are so sweet! We placed our darling cat with them as we were moving house. They gave us an extra blanket to cover our cat's carrier - as we needed to take our cat on quite a long train journey to the new home. They also provided an extra blanket, - in case our cat went to the loo while traveling - (which thankfully she didn't!). This meant that we would be able to switch out the soiled blanket and replace with a fresh one. They did all of this completely free of charge - which was so very kind! They really love the cats.
