        Absolutely useless, nobody use this company. The last 2 times Iv booked in advance and they are extremely late. When you call to ask where your taxi is they say well we are short of drivers or wont be with you for maybe another hour. Useless. Why even bother to accept a booking if you cant do your job.

        Appalling service didn't send a taxi because signal was bad, then didn't send a replacement one because apparently I didn't specifically ask for it when I phoned to find out what happened with the first one then charged me the after 12am rate due to their incompetence!

        I live in Rattlesden and the High street has a 20 mile an hour speed limit because there is a SCHOOL and SCHOOL children about. Your driver of the mini bus drives at a break neck speed down this road. One day he is going to cause a very bad accident. I have put this review on so that if this should happen at least Getaway Taxis can't say that they did not know!
