Absolutely awful service! Writng a review on behalf of a relative and colleague.The recent service and experience a colleague of mine has had has been absolutely awful.. the worse customer services ever! The solicitor keeps making mistakes, asking for forms and docs they have, which have already been completed weeks ago. When challenged, the solicitor makes excuses rather than taking ownership or responsibility for their own internal mistakes. The solicitor has behaved rudley on a few occasions, slow in replying to anything. A long process, a very painful experience, the solictor is consistently very unhelpful. AVOID this company, Absolutely AWFUL.

Mike Upton in my experience is the ultimate professional. I cannot express how much help and confidence Mike has shown to me with my case.despite the world dealing with covid and he himself having his own personal heartaches. He has constantly been there for me giving me confidence in him and his team. Originally my case was quoted as being worth 17000. After Mike had seen all of the previous correspondence he got to work. Through Mike's hard work the case ended up being worth 95000 to me a life changing amount. I cannot say thank you enough. As ex armed forces my biggest compliment could only be. I know if ever I was needing someone to stand beside me and fight my case I would pick Mick everytime. Thank you so much

I dont normally write negative reviews but Im afraid I have found Ashtons slow and uncommunicative. Our conveyancer has changed three times without notice or introduction and Im not even sure who is looking after us now. I understand that people go off sick and are busy but we are paying well over 2000 to have a house conveyed and in any case I would expect better from such a firm.
