        Andover Phoenix Lounge (Ocado Canteen) has the most awful English breakfast. Sausage and hash browns are always soaked with fat, bacon is partially burnt - like they would use dirty trays. Most of food at the counter is either dry, old, burnt. Eggs are usually overcooked. Lunch menu has poor choice and it's blunt in taste with excessive amount of just one spice (example - you just feel only coriander). There is no feedback form box in the canteen like in other run by Angel Hill placers (like in Erith) because they are afraid of it.
