Still waiting to be paid 12 hours they owe me emailed them at least 20 times and half the time they don't ansew them keep asking me the same thing don't work for these they rip u off

Working at the UEA, I thought after 2 or 3 months within the company I saw myself working here long term. Unfortunately what I couldnt count on was the persistent bullying I had experienced, the double standards and discrimination levelled towards me and a new cookie-cutter manager who basically swept the bullying under the rug and did all he could to make me feel miserable at work. I was told my grievance would be looked into, but that was a lie. The only semi-decent thing for me was the pay which was more than I was used to, but that was it. I would avoid this company like the plague if you wish to keep your mental health and wellbeing.
