Sally has allowed my daughter to begin to manage many of the physical symptoms she experiences due to her anxiety. My daughter does not find it easy to talk but Sally is always honest with her, is ready to listen and offers help, reassurance and support. Sally has a disarmingly brilliant way of asking questions and listening carefully to be be able to help very specifically. She has been brilliant in helping me recover from a serious head injury and hip replacement trauma. I cannot recommend her too highly. Just brilliant! Sally is both professional and thorough whilst being very easy to talk to. She has an excellent 'bedside manner' which supports an holistic treatment philosophy. My daughter is being treated whilst we wait for an ENT referral for potential grommets to be fitted. Sally has made considerable improvements to my daughters chronic ear congestion. Sally manages remote appointments very well and has been able to communicate very effectively with a shy/reserved teenager, building a strong rapport. I have been treated myself previously by other homeopaths and found Sally's approach to be calmer and more measured. The treatment I received from Tas Valley Homeopathy was brilliant. It was thorough, professional and friendly. With a homoeopath there is a bit more looking at the cause of a problem rather than just the treatment that you get if you go to the doctors. I also felt like I was listened too and that my ailments were valid. My first complaint was treated successfully within a few days and my second problem, a permanently blocked sinus cleared after a course of treatment. I can't recommend Sally highly enough.
