        Terrys Windows installed a replacement window which cracked within 3 weeks. The initial stance taken was that we would have to meet the cost of a new window as the glass supplier would reject the claim because the crack wasnt noticed sooner. Terrys Windows then agreed to replace the window at their expense. Despite emails, messages, and phone calls there has been no action. For safety reasons we claimed on our insurance and requested reimbursement for the excess incurred by us from Terrys Windows. There has been no reply. I will not be using this Company again.
