So glad that I came across Formby Pianos, when I was given a piano and needed it servicing. Phil is such a lovely guy, so knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. I am a complete novice and he gave me some great advice on how to learn to play. His service was professional and he brought my neglected piano back to life. With all his expertise he is worth every penny and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him. He went above and beyond to help me and Im ever so grateful.

Very highly recommended. Mr Clarke of Formby Pianos is a great tuner who commands the full range of technical skills from tuning, regulating the action to toning hammers and more. Before finding Formby Pianos, I had spent a number of years after the retirement of my first tuner trying to find someone who could bring out the best in my instrument. Mr Clarke sorted out the problems I was having on his first visit a few years ago and has kept my piano in excellent condition ever since - it' has never sounded better. Friendly and professional service, competitively priced, a clear first choice for me.

Formby Pianos came highly recommended and I found the piano moving and tuning services to be faultless. I was so impressed with the professionalism that I had no hesitation in contacting Phil more recently to enquire about Piano lessons. Phil is very knowledgeable and I valued his expertise and advice regarding a piano that I wanted to purchase. As a teacher, Phil is patient and encouraging and his passion and talent is inspiring.
