        One of the best things Ive done was signing up for a PT course at this gym. John and the other people who work there are really motivated in bringing out the best in people and not just all about making money which is really evident in their commitment and investment in people. Feels more like a sense of community than just a gym and so glad I signed up.

        Fantastic course ran by great people. John and Angela provided great knowledge, insight and support in helping me to achieve my level 3 qualification. Cant recommend the course enough. Will definitely be dropping by the gym again soon!
