The reason why we initially appointed LCS to look after the health and safety for Chataway was that we needed to be able to have total trust in our health and safety provider. We needed a company that was highly approachable so we could just pick up the phone when we needed to. We also wanted experts in their field and I was confident that Alex the company Director lived and breathed health and safety and could advise me with confidence and accuracy. Initially our requirements were minimal but when Covid-19 came along was I relived to have LCS at the end of the phone. Working with LCS has been refreshing, you feel like everything is under control. If you have a concern, you email or call and realise you dont have anything to worry about. I have dealt with all the team and they are both equally helpful. You feel valued as a client. Working with LCS has helped me to have total piece of mind and our clients know we take health and safety very seriously. I would and frequently do recommend LCS without reservation or hesitation.

We initially appointed LCS after hearing a lot of great things about Alex and LCS from our peers. When we first met Alex we were very impressed with her knowledge on health and safety and her drive to help improve our company. Our reasons for seeking health and safety consultation was for assistance with CHAS and Constructionline, to improve our RAMS and policies, and for assistance when tendering for projects and maintenance contracts. We have had a great experience working with LCS, they are always available to assist, and do so in an enthusiastic, and passionate manner. We have been able to build a strong working and personal relationship with Alex and her team which helps us to communicate freely and effectively. LCS have helped us grow as a company and become more organised with our health and safety policy. We now feel confident in the knowledge that we are backed by a solid health and safety company, and that if any health and safety issues were to arise, we could confidently handle them in the correct manner, according to legislation.
