On enquiring rception (she) not at all helpful or customer friendly, wouldn't really give info on method of repair, told me that it needed to be seen i said I'd send pictures "ok, do you want the email then?" She then repeated that they didn't do alloys on my initial enquiry to which i replied, you've said so. By this time i questioned the enthusiasm for my business & she put the phone down on me.
