Living here is like living, I would imagine, in the middle of one of the roughest developments ever built.
I am being forced to sell my property after living here for less than a year.
Elan don't care, they pass the buck to the housing association they sold a lot of properties too for social housing, which I knew nothing about. I've lived on Victoria Road for 35 years prior to my move here and had no knowledge whatsoever of social housing and it was not explained to me at any stage, in no stretch of the imagination would anyone think i would proceed with a purchase of a home here.
They are not interested in follow up customer care I'm still waiting for their mistakes to be corrected.
Elan are not an honourable company to deal with.
