Professional staff and the amazing Chris Allen was so caring and skilled in treating my mum when she had a fall causing a lot of damage to her front teeth. I have always been frightened of the dentist but he puts his patients first, making sure they are at ease and keeps them informed of everything he's doing or going to be doing. Highly recommended surgery.

I am a new patient and received the warmest of welcomes from the friendly receptionists. The practice is very clean and although busy, all staff are well organised and cheerful. The dentist I saw explained everything to me fully and resolved my issue. I am extremely happy to have joined this dental practice. x

Three weeks after scheduling an appointment for a damaged filling, I arrived at the office and payed the 39 GBP they demand upon entry. When I saw the dentist, I was informed that they had not scheduled enough time to fix my tooth and that I had to wait even more time (possibly over a month) to schedule first an "evaluation" and then an actual appointment to do the repair! 39 GBP just to schedule another appointment for an uneeded evaluation! When I complained and asked for a refund, the manager was quick to inform me that I was not allowed to "dictate" treatment to the dentist even though I was paying for it! Buyer beware. Zero stars.
