A great afternoon out if you book yourself onto one of their brewery open days. The team give you a warm welcome and for your entry fee you get unlimited beer from the bar, which you can even pour yourself if you fancy giving it a go! A BBQ is included as well but check with the brewery for beer and food availability on the day. Have a chat with the staff and enjoy learning about the brewing process. great value! Don't forget to checkout the other great pubs in the Formby area after the open day has concluded. NOTE: You can reach Formby easily by public transport from most parts of the Merseyside region. The brewery is some distance from the town centre so you may wish to either catch a bus that uses the Formby bypass or arrange a taxi or lift to the brewery if using a local railway station, but if you enjoy the walk its roughly 30 mins from Formby centre.
