If the staff don't want to be disturbed by having to deal with customers when fixing bikes then maybe they should move the workshop area out from behind the tills, or put a screen up. When the chap did eventually come over he was off hand bordering on rude. I removed myself and my credit card to another shop

Been here on a couple of occasions recently and had a really positive experience. I purchased a mix of clothing/accessories/nutrition and found the staff helpful and knowledgeable on all fronts. A particular mention for the young man who helped me out (Ty) - polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, he's a credit to your store.

Well Ive been riding for over 15 years mainly XC and enduro as most of you know how much maintenance they need so I took my enduro that Id neglected in thinking Id have to put the bike down, but to my absolute joy they resurrected it, she looks brand new changed BB, hope hub service , Hope brakes spokes the lot and more that needed to be done, got to say at the most reasonable price, that iam very glad to pay. The staff up there are all riders but treat you like one of there mates but also fair towards you! it is a business at the end of the day, Everything costs now but what I received was worth every penny. Can not thank Phil and the lads enough professional knowledge is top draw, quality parts and full explanation with the old parts thats rare. Thank you formby cycles Ill go no where else
