1.30 hour waiting for pizza. I live about 5min from the store. I called 3times to cancel my order and get refund instead they brought me cold pizza after 1.30hour wait.

One of the worst experiences. The pizza we ordered had stones in it. We had ordered some sides with it as well. The store agreed to deliver a new pizza (as a favor) only after we caught them making snarky remarks in their local language which we heard and understood what they meant. They never apologised for their mistake. So even when they delivered the new pizza, we didnt eat it as the way they answered our query and responded to this incident was not at all professional.

Getting worse,every time I order there is always something missing,last time it was a side & a drink,time before that was ice cream
