Very unpleasant staff working there. Selling mixed christmas decorations 6 for 1 and when I have chosen my decorations I was acussed of choosing the best ones & not leaving the nice ones for others plus the lady working there was whispering rude words towards customersunbelievableI felt very uncomfortable. This is not first time seeing this lady in very unpleasant way to her customers. Please review this with manager as shop is loosing valuable customers when in contact with this unpolite staff member.

Great shop but the older lady working there is very unpleasant. Asked if I was done yet and said that she was waiting for me so she could close the shop (20 minutes before closing time) even though there were other people still shopping. Shes been rude to me on several other occasions, definitely needs some customer service training.

12 DVDs for 1 x3 novels for 1 I was surprised at the size of the store, (never been in a YMCA store before) quite big for a UK charity shop and absolutely packed tight with clothes. There's a 1 rail at the front, along with a couple of 2 rails of clothing (women's). Far less clothes for men but still worth a look. Saw a few Zara, Oasis and Topshop bits. . Very friendly woman in the store, also willing to haggle on an item if it's a bit pricey (by charity shop standards). Behind the till and the back room it looked like there were mountains of stock to put out, if any more space can be found!!
