        Stephanie was amazing and very friendly. I felt much better and confident on getting better. If you had a baby you must book an MOT with Stephanie. Her care for you will be beyond any care you ever had.

        I went to see Stephanie for pregnancy related SPD and I was amazed at the difference she made after just my first visit. The follow-up session was excellent as well - Stephanie takes the time to explain what your body is doing (and should be doing! :)) and coaches you through the exercises to make sure they work for your individual circumstances (adapting as needed if not fit for purpose). Highly recommended!
