We are currently renovating our house in Buckhurst Hill. Went to R&M last Saturday after passing by their showroom. Pleasant welcoming attitude of team who advised us on Lutron lighting system and interior design for the whole house from furniture planning to color schemes. Definitely would recommend and worth a visit.

Really nice, relaxed friendly service. Helped us pick out a mattress we are really happy with without us ever feeling pressurised. Let us take our time, advised options but never gave us the hard sell. Really easy delivery. Just a nice place. We went to a few places to try out beds, and this was the one we came back to as they gave the impression that it wasn't important how much you spent as long as you were happy with what you got (quite unusual in a shop nowadays!)

I always try to give my business to local independent businesses than big stores. With that intention- I came across R&M when I was looking for furnishing my flat in Wanstead. I went in on recommendation and I started with corner sofa. I told my budget and they showed me something very unique. Had never heard of Calia Italia before. Went ahead with the order and I must say the quality of leather and the sofa on whole is comparable to high end sofas I saw in John Lees Westfield store. The price was not cheap but I was not looking for cheap product. I wanted something which would last. I am not disappointed. They kept me in loop. It took 6 weeks and I was dealing directly with owner. I will be back guys for my next order and will not hesitate recommending you. These guys know how to offer WOW Customer Experience. Keep up the good work

Have been looking for a comfortable sofa unit which doesnt sink in. Good range and having purchased one at a price much cheaper than DFS now a happy household.
