Waited 40 minutes; my appt was at 11:30 but they only took me in at 12:10. Receptionists a bit unfriendly and bitter but I understand that they prob have to regularly deal with quite difficult patients. On a more positive note, Dr Mary was good, took time to understand the problem.

Receptionists were OK but very often unfriendly and slow, took ages to answer the phone or get an appointment. When got one, often had a delay and had to wait for some time in the waiting room. Doctors and nurses were nice and helpful. Sad it's closed down but there are other surgeries in the area so not a huge loss after all.

These people are just trying to get through the day. Nobody cares and they are quite rude. I've been here a couple of times now, and this is the most abhorrent treatment I've had in the NHS. If you can, get help elsewhere.

Staff informed me that, due to the doctors at the surgery retiring, this clinic is closing down.

Ask to see doctor zamora they gave me appointment will a tall white lady who doesn't care about your problem and told me she is tired of seeing people sick she had a hectic day she then called the manager who come down and told me to find another surgery and if i don't leave now they will call the police. I was shocked as there was no argument. UNBELIEVABLE
