We first used Nick and his team back in early 2009 - and Dragan Construction has been our preferred builder ever since! They have painted the outside of our house, built walls and a patio in the garden, and completely refurbished most of our house over the years, including our kitchen and bathroom. The work is always completed to a very high standard and they are the tidiest, cleanest builders we've ever come across. Latest project is our new conservatory interior - finished today! As ever, we are delighted with the excellent standard of the work. We love having Nick and Ciprian working here.

We would thoroughly recommend Nicolae and his team. We were recommended Nicolae through some friends and could not be more grateful to them for the recommendation, they were fantastic. When we first met Nicolae, we had a walk through of a property we were planning to buy to get his thoughts and a quote, he came up with great reasonable suggestions which we incorporated into our plan and issued a detailed and very reasonable quote. It was great that Nick and his team were able to do everything we asked for, from decorating, to electrical work and plumbing, really made the whole process more straightforward. Once wed moved in, he and his team were quick to set up and start work. They were extremely flexible and communicative, helping us with every decision we made, collecting, and disposing of the appropriate materials without too much involvement from us. Their work was carefully carried out, and exactly as we asked for. Throughout the work they were incredibly clean, tidying up areas and putting away tools every evening before they left. Work was completed very quickly as well, always on or just before estimated timelines, which made planning around the works very straightforward. Nick and his team completed a full flat renovation for me and my partner last week. Nick and the two Ciprians are superbly professional, skilled and take a lot of pride in their work, and all of this can be seen in the final product! They are incredibly hard working, whatever time of day, whether they knew we were coming or not, they were always there making incredible progress. This meant that they managed to deliver the project to a remarkably quick timescale and have left us with a beautiful home at the end of it! Their attention to detail is incredible, and they made sure to ask us questions about things we never would have thought of. Above all, they cared that we were happy and it was evident how passionate they were about creating a space that was perfect for us! They are so kind and trustworthy, and I will be using them again whenever required and would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone else.

Extended the existing patio and put and down new slabs ,landscaping to the front and back garden Nick and Peter extended the existing patio and put and down new slabs and landscaped the back garden, and the small front garden They did exactly what was asked and made my dream come to a reality. We have been using this firm for years. Previous works done to our house, painted house front black and white. New upstairs bathroom new down stairs shower room . To my sons 2 bed flat ,new bathroom and new kitchen ,laminate flooring and painted the whole flat Nick and his team are Experienced Reliable Always comes on time Working place left tidy after work and all rubbish cleared Very efficient and reliable workman ship is always outstanding What else you need ,so I highly recommend them to others and would also use them for my other projects.
