Very disapointed with the results shown on my in-laws birthday. Very unprofessional and in the end just said it was what she asked for.... avoid at all costs.

Very disappointed with this salon. You can see what was requested and what was the final result. I think that the barbers next door would have done a better job for the same 40 that I was charged. Last time coming here, not recommended at all. Congratulations on being able to ruin my birthday.

AVOID! Doesn't even deserve one star! Extremely poor attitude from the owner, Sabina who is incredibly unprofessional. Firstly, she is unwelcoming - doesn't bother to greet you when you walk into the salon. Secondly, she's hesitant to tell you her name when asked (very peculiar way of running a business). I asked if she was able to trim my hair. At first she agreed then she claimed she doesn't have any time because "they're closing." There was still another half hour left until closing. I then enquired about highlights and requested for a strand test so I could see the colour beforehand. She agreed. Then this woman took a thick chunk of my hair! A VERY small amount is required. I told her to text me a picture once it is done which she said was fine. Of course, she failed to follow through on this too. When she didn't bother to take a picture of the strand test, when I text her, she made excuses and said it won't show up etc and that I should just trust her. In other words, she was economising with her colour. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and tried to get myself booked in. I told her of my availability which were afternoons to which she replied that she PREFERS to work in the morning. I'm sorry but why keep your salon open until evening if you only prefer to work in the morning?! Perhaps put a sign up stating your choice of hours to work instead of wasting people's time. I don't know how this place is even still open.
