Horsham Fitness is so much more than 'just' fitness. The trainers are amazing and provide options for all levels of fitness and age. The sessions are varied and challenging (if you want them to be!) And the members are friendly and encouraging. You won't ever regret coming to an HF session!

I attend both group fitness and PT sessions. Katie and Don go above a beyond and create a great atmosphere. The training is spot on and caters to all levels. I have used gyms in the past, but I find this training far more rewarding and I am getting great results - thanks Don and Katie.

Horsham Fitness is just brilliant! Really welcoming, a great variety of workouts which can be adapted for your level, and a range of times to fit around a busy life. You just cant beat a workout in the fresh air to make you feel great!

Simply the best place in Horsham to train!!! The HF crew are amazing!! If you are reading this wondering if you should give it a go or not just do it! Katie, Don and Libby are amazing. They are full of help and advice and will help you achieve your goals while having fun in a great environment where everybody is made to feel welcome !!!

Joined 5 years ago because they had a great range of class times which I could fit in around work (which has only got better). Just a couple of times a week with the odd weekend session when I could. Twice a week became three times, then four (more ). It's not just the changes to my physical shape, strength and stamina I can thank Katie, Don & Libby for as amazing coaches. That was just the start, it's also so positively improved my mental health, confidence and resilience I'm quite literally a different person. And the community that's formed around HF, wow!
