Nova Natural Beauty

Im not usually one to leave a review but I had a 1 hour facial with Ellie from Nova Natural Beauty this weekend and it was just heaven. Well signposted, free parking and nestled in the most beautiful surroundings, the treatment room was spotless, serene and calming. From the minute I walked in I felt relaxed. Ellie herself is just one of those people you cant help but like. She explained the process, treatment and products in such a kind and humble manner that would calm any nerves, but with an obvious passion and knowledge of her craft. I plagued her with skin questions and she generously replied. Ellie also went above and beyond in the fact that I have a allergy to an much used ingredient in this industry, and she managed to source new products for me with only a days notice. Something I really appreciated and meant a lot. All CO-VID precautions were very professionally adhered too without it overwhelming the experience at all. No mean feat at all in these strange times. The facial itself was so wonderful, I almost fell asleep a few times. Tailored to my skin type, good pressure and the products smelt incredible. This woman has magic hands. I havent felt so relaxed in a long time. Added to all of the above, three days later and my skin is still GLOWING. Frankly, Im going back.

I loved my facial! Very professional, in a super relaxing environment. Ellie made my mum and i feel so at home but at the same time gave us lots of helpful tips and advice. Cant wait to go again!
