        Great company to deal with! I needed some assistance with a part so I emailed technical support who offered to send a software fix to me or for me to send the part to them. I sent the part to Energy Monkeys who rectified the problem and sent it back to me very swiftly. They phoned me to update me on the progress which was very welcome. Very pleased with the whole experience.
