Zmart Hohm

Zmart Hohm took over a half completed Loxone System after I had to let go the pervious partner. ( Another story which sadly for such a fab system they do not take seriously enough ) What a contrast, clear costs, great and quick problem solving , brilliant time keeping. Zach's electrical engineer Dai a delight to have around and what's not to like about a lilting Wales accent to reassure you that all can be sorted. Very calm when I asked again ( and again )about how to set my own scenes. I have attached two photos . Zac at Zmart Home just organised a 'takeover' of our Loxone/KNX heating system. The people who initially installed the system are 3.5 hours away and we needed technical support in our area and to repair a few things. The technician, Hugh, was terrific. Very knowledgeable, fast and a great at communicating technical issues. He brought out system up to date and fixed a few bugs. We are very happy with the change.

Zach installed the Loxone home automation system in our new build home, including controls for alarms, lighting, heating, hot water, ventilation and curtains. He also installed the network distributing the internet throughout the property, and installed two video door bells that are integrated with Loxone. Everything works from the Loxone App. Zach worked to get what we needed within our budget and was always clear about charges before starting the work. His suggestions were very welcome, as this was our first experience with home automation. Zach's attention to detail is second to none, and he responds very quickly to answer our questions or make small changes to the system to meet our needs as we get to know the new house. He is passionate about the technology and making it work for his customers. We are very pleased with our system, and would thoroughly recommend Zmart Hohm to anyone considering installing home automation or Loxone products.
