        I enjoy sailing and dropped into this club whilst walking the dog with a friend. The large sign outside suggested that this is a family friendly club and new members would be welcomed. How wrong that was! Literally within seconds of standing in front on the clubhouse, looking for someone to discuss possible membership, we were approached by a gentleman from the boats asking quite sharply as to why we were there. This moved to only members are allowed in here and that we needed to leave! How rude!! We left and will look at one of the many alternatives as I wouldnt want to be a part of a club who treats new guests in such an unfriendly way.

        Managed at the highest level by some very enthusiastic, attentive and friendly staff. No tides or currents to worry about! Dinghy Racing for all ages and abilities takes place All year Sunday and Wednesday Eve (BST only) Membership prices just a fraction of those being charged at neighbouring clubs.

        Sail on Tuesdays will New Forest Sailability. The powers to be at Spinnaker Sailing Club have introduced several restrictions which adversely affect how the Sailability functions despite benefiting from two pontoons, paid for and maintained by the charity and increased rent!
