        Visiting HWRC always used to be a pretty difficult experience. You couldnt ask for help without staff snapping at you or rolling their eyes. What a transformation! The layout is neat and clearly signed. More importantly, the team on site couldnt have been more helpful. I had a really heavy item that I couldnt move alone and I immediately had a friendly offer of help - without even having to ask.Thank you Nass - for helping me and for making such a positive change at Somerley HWRC.
