I'm updating my review and giving this branch five stars because of the way I just observed a few of the staff dealing with a very confused chap (almost certainly with some considerable mental health issues) today. I was so impressed; it was as if the staff (all female, attending this insident) could have been NHS nurses. Bravo to the manager for creating this atmosphere in his/ her store. Plastic bag and water filter recycling here too!

Confusingly laid out store makes the shopping experience feel chaotic. I concur with others about out of date products - check before paying! No competition in FH so they get away with a lot. That said, selection is decent and till service is fast.
