    Excellent PT and studio! Ive been training with Hannah (HCFitness) for a couple of years, on both specific goals and general fitness/toning. Hannah is committed and professional - Ive learnt so much not just about exercises, but about nutrition and mindset too. Shes pragmatic, adapting my training when Im injured or wanting to focus on something new, and shes really responsive if I have a question or idea. But she also makes sure I get what I need to done and motivates me to stay on track. Twist studios is well equipped and the community there is welcoming and encouraging, classes are good.

    I have been attending Twist Studio for almost a year and couldn't recommend it highly enough. It is an amazing little gym with a great team of trainers. I am attending the group PT sessions of Carlene and Katie's HIIT classes. I was new to strength training and Carlene made me get into it and make it part of my routine. She keeps track of my progress and always makes me push past my limits in a fun way through new exercises and challenges. Katie's HIIT classes are the perfect balance of intensity and fun.

    Ive been going to Twist Studios regularly for a year now. My PT Hannah is great at keeping our sessions challenging and varied, and shes helped to make fitness an integral part of my weekly routine. The team create a friendly atmosphere that I havent found in other gyms in the area!

    I am really enjoying my experience of personal training in Forest Hill, the team are fantastic, really friendly and supportive. Jaime my personal trainer is perfect in helping develop my fitness and strength. Ive also trained with Katie and Adam who were both great. Would definitely recommend this place!

    Adam is professional and most importantly fun. My partner and I have been training with Adam for almost half a year now with two sessions per week. We rarely have any repeated class. Every class is fun. We have a mixture of strength, durance, weights, and cardio. I've progressed with 4 kgs to 7.5 on chest press. Every class is different and I'll never get bored.
