I have been training with Simon for almost a year through kettlebell classes and now personal training. Simon is brilliant. He takes the time to thoroughly understand your goals and needs to create a perfectly tailored training plan. He works you hard and I've seen great results, and quickly. Simon has also been super helpful in helping me with some physical ailments by providing me with mobility and stretching advice, and regularly sends me tips and videos to do at home. He is a lot of fun to train with and very motivating. I'd highly recommend him.

Simon is an effective trainer who is able to adapt training to your particular needs. With his training, he is holistic in ensuring that each body part and muscle group is being worked effectively. Training with Simon means going out of your comfort zone but that push and discomfort makes you realise how strong you actually are and your actual potential.

I have been training with Simon for over a year and a half now. We started the sessions at the gym which was great as we used the machines and tried out various different equipment during this time. We then had to unfortunately pause the sessions at the start of the pandemic but I was really thankful when we started again and trained outside. I actually loved training outside and can't understand how we hadn't done it sooner! I have since moved out of the area but have kept up the training virtually 2/3 times a week (I couldn't recommend it more if distance and/or restrictions pose an issue). Simon is brilliant and takes the time to understand my goals and needs to create a tailored training plan. He really pushes me and I am so proud of how far I've come (it was difficult to even sit a deep squat and I dreaded planks) and the strength that I've gained. I am 30 and not only am I much stronger in my life than i've ever been but my movement and flexibility has improved so much. I have more energy and confidence which really resonates through my daily life. Simon works you hard and is really motivating. He is also very knowledgeable on nutrition and is also happy to support you if you want to compliment your journey to a healthier lifestyle with a dietary plan. Overall our sessions are tough but rewarding and I really enjoy them (especially when his baby boy makes an appearance). I 100% believe that these sessions are an investment in your current and future health and well being and I do highly recommend him.
