I had an extremely disappointing experience with the London Eye Care Centre Optician in Forest Hill. As a new customer, I was looking to book an appointment for an eye exam and to purchase new lenses. However, the staff at the centre were incredibly unwelcoming and presumptuous and even refused to book me for an appointment. When I inquired about the quality of their lenses, one of the staff members immediately assumed that I couldn't afford their prices and made it clear that they only cater to high-end clients. I was shocked and appalled by their attitude, which was completely unprofessional and unbecoming of an eye care centre. As a result of their rude behaviour, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this centre to anyone who values customer service and respect. It is clearly not an eye care centre that cares about serving anyone, but only those who they deem to be worthy based on their own presumptions. In short, I would not recommend this centre to anyone. If you are looking for an eye care centre that values their customers and provides excellent service, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
