        Gave me a terrible gel manicure for 35, chipped the next day and charged me extra for builder gel which is meant to make it last longer. Said I could have it redone then charged me another 10. Wont be returning. It should have been redone for free when it wasnt done properly to begin with.

        I have been going to this salon since I moved to London. At the start the quality was amazing and my nails lasted ages. In the past few months I have had to keep returning to the salon because the French manicure was chipping within one week. Recently I went again and the white tip chipped off the next day. I went to the salon for a repair and she was very rude to me. She told me its my fault it happened and she wont do my nails anymore. It never used to happen when she first started doing my nails. The past few times she has rushed them. Very unprofessional in there instead of getting to the bottom of why it is happening she was rude and has lost a good customer. Avoid poor customer service! Service: Acrylic nails
