Honestly words cant even describe how much Me and my mum appreciated Dave advice. The reason I believe Hunters are so successful (speaking with Dave) from my experience is he didnt come across as a sales person and was more consultative and he listens. He is very experienced, professional and knowledgeable in his field and is a great communicator! We were both impressed with Dave and how he represented Hunter which I will be using their services in the future and recommending to my friends when theyre ready. Thank you for a great experience. I had such a great experience buying my flat through Hunters Forest Hill a few months ago! I was a second time buyer and after a few experiences with other estate agents, I cannot praise enough the overall service I received with Hunters Forest Hill, even if I knew they were working for the vendor. I dealt with Sarah, Dave and Janae, and have found them all friendly and professional. For me, it started with descriptions on their ads which included everything I needed from a buyers perspective, from highlighting everything that justifies the flats value, but also pointing out what differentiates it from other flats alongside good photos and videos (they also always included floorplans, details of the lease and service charge/ground rent unlike lots of other estate agents advertising on RM). This continued with the viewings, where they gave honest advice and helped me decide if this was the flat for me, which is quite rare amongst agents out there. I also felt valuations were correct and from that moment I decided to only view properties through Hunters Forest Hill. After my offer was accepted, they kept me posted on the progress via their sales progression team (the lady was also very friendly and professional). Something I would like to commend them for too is the after-sales customer service. I had a couple of queries a few months after the purchase/sale was concluded and they helped me, which they didnt have to, and this was greatly appreciated. For sure when comes the time to sell my flat, I will definitely instruct Hunters Forest Hill to act for me.
