I knew Pedder would be a great agency to work with from the moment Daniel went above and beyond from the very beginning to facilitate a conversation with myself and the sellers right before interest rates rose that same evening. He was helpful and very quick to respond, and likely saved us thousands of dollars a year by acting so quickly! Shannon took over the accounts, and it was smooth from when she started to when we exchanged. She has been responsive, accommodating, calm and informative in all the right moments. It was a pleasure working with Shannon. I would highly recommend Pedder to anyone trying to sell their home or as a buyer.
