Bunka Store

Looking for a present for my partner and wasnt sure what to get. I was guided to buy a beautiful bag by brilliant and creative staff. An enjoyable shopping experience and the bag was cherished! Will shop there again!

Great place to visit. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Also, I was amazed about all they do for and with kids. It is one of my favourite stores :)

Bought a music box here recently for my daughter which cost over 50 and broke within a day. I also went in today for a birthday present for a 1 year old and the staff got annoyed that my 1 year old tried on a hat and dropped it on the floor. Considering this is a shop mainly consisting or childrens toys/ presents/ cards and twee stuff for mums Id say its not very child friendly or supportive to mums and I wouldnt buy from this shop again. I do think the staff should probably get some training as its unrealistic to expect someone to be able to buy something from the store whilst wrangling a 1 year old and 4 year old so I guess they are alienating the market that they rely on

If you are looking to buy a present for your favourite people, this is the right place. Helpful and kind staff, big sortiment plus well-organised shop floor. I generally hate shopping so places like this make it much easier.
