Second cut Ive got here and they are fantastic, some of the best haircuts Ive had have been here, lovely staff and very reasonably priced. They are so attentive to my difficult and unruly fluffy red hair, highly recommend for people with difficult hair, whilst still being very efficient. 10/10 recommend!

Great consultation, beautiful haircut, affordable prices, kind chats but also able to go quiet comfortably if not in the mood to talk and no harsh lights! I'm pleased I've got this hairdresser so close to home.

I had a couple of positive experiences here, where Niketa went above and beyond (even allowing me to come out to run an urgent errand and come back to finish the appointment). I was looking for a regular local hairdresser at the time, and thought this would be the place. However, it appeared that there was very little value in being a loyal customer as my last experience was so negative, I now feel unable to go back. I've had hair bleached, which takes a long time, so I didn't mind when she would go off and book her holiday and pass me on to other less senior staff. However, I was then overcharged (after having just told her about recently being scammed, it felt like I was scammed again). I emailed once I had double checked the correct price based on previous appointments. I was told I was incorrect and quoted prices that didn't match with the advertised prices (I was charged 25 more and had specified I would forego the trim to save money, but even after the facts, there was still a 5 difference). Perhaps because I was passed on to another member of staff, the style didn't stay in my hair like the previous time, so I was also disappointed in the result of the blow-dry treatment, but that was not acknowledged in our correspondence either. Months have gone by, and I have heard nothing more. At the end of the day, it's vital to communicate clear prices with the customer, and that's what I said, and as other reviews have said the same thing about the lack of price transparency, I hope this is taken on board in future, but unfortunately, I've had to find a new hairdresser. It also impacts on the business below as it obviously feels uncomfortable now to go in through the salon. Services: Shampoo & conditioning, Blowdry, Curly hair, Hair coloring, Hairstyling, Blowouts
