        The cake was delicious Chocolate/Orange flavor. It was moist, dense and all my guests loved it. Dealing with Jennifer was a pleasure also. She took my requests and made it a reality and the price was entirely reasonable. I've already recommended her to every one who attended my child's party.

        Pretty simple really - Bespoke got our wedding day wrong (yes really), and the cake bore little resemblance to what we asked for. When we complained, they tried to make excuses and insisted that there wasn't really a problem. Further, Bespoke told my wife that things always go wrong at weddings (again, yes really). A partial refund was eventually offered but not without considerable effort.
