What a great way to get fit! The variety of exercises together with a heartwarming (when cold wind blows!) trainer Andy at Hilly Fields park make this challenging workout so much fun! I did a 30-day trial and due to work commitments had to cancel, but I hope to be back soon. I'm new to Lewisham and was struggling to find a nice space to work out, Swift Fitness came so handy! Can't recommend more!

Absolutely love Swift Fitness at Hilly Fields. Each session is different, I've been going since June and Andy always manages to throw another exercise into the mix which I've not tried before. Andy is encouraging and friendly and his sessions are suitable for people of all fitness levels, everything is adaptable. The encouragement from the group is great and Andy always puts a lot of effort into delivering a creative and fun workout. The views across to London from the top of the park are a bonus too. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the SE London area - well worth it.

It takes effort for me to maintain fitness, it doesnt come easily, and following a foot operation and the subsequent recovery period I fell out of regular exercise. I really loathe gyms, and I lack the self motivation required to achieve any significant results doing it by myself. Ive now been going to Andys bootcamp at Hilly Fields three times a week since July, and I cant recommend it enough. The group is really friendly, and the sessions are always interestingly and varied. Andy is a great trainer, he provides enough motivation and encouragement but is never overbearing, and working as a group always provides additional motivation. When I started I was always at the back, the last runner in, the last person to complete the set, but consistency and hard work is starting to pay off and Im now seeing real improvement in my fitness. The sessions are suitable for different fitness levels, the exercises are adaptable, and Andy always keeps things fun. If you fear being the person at the back, dont. The group will support you, and if you stick at it youll get better. Yes, sometimes its a Herculean effort to get out of the house and to the top of the hill when its dark and raining and all you want to do is stay on the sofa, but at the end of the session its always worth it!
