        Terrible service and experience I knew that the manager was away when I booked my appointment as she told it to me via email when I booked my first manicure but I thought I will still be in good hands considering the good reviews First, there was nobody at the reception when I arrived and I waited for several minutes. Then I have been told to pick a color - not a great selection. I picked 4 similar colors and asked if I could see them properly but she didnt open the bottles for a demonstration. Then the manicurist straight away used an electric nail drill on my natural nails which simply scratched them all. I tried to question her but she couldnt speak English well enough to communicate. Another woman said that she was the manager and just giggled and told me that I should have asked her to stop. Seriously? I thought I was in professional hands and that they knew what they were doing. And the result is sore damaged nails!! Beware! The current reviews tricked me into thinking Id get a good manicure A shame! Service: Manicure
