        We found Bed Bug Ladies to be absolutely amazing. Incredible customer service. Highly professional assessment, very effective treatment and follow up. Very reasonable fees for the high quality, professional and vastly experienced service they give. They could not be more sensitive to the inevitable sense of embarrassment one has with this problem, and the enduring worry of "have they gone" after treatment. They have been so kind in fitting in with appointment times, and continued to support us with monitoring and follow up after treatment. However, follow up has shown they have eradicated our problem. So glad we found Bed Bug Ladies who give a quality of service that is rare these days. Thank you so much. Service: Bed bug extermination

        Cannot recommend highly enough. A friend who found she had bed bugs had given me some clothes so I was concerned I'd inherited them. Called bedbugladies who responded immediately. No evidence of bugs were found praise the Lord. I was expecting at the very least a call out fee, but these ladies wouldn't even accept petrol money. Their communication emails and messages were responded to speedily, and they were thorough and professional. Thank you so much for putting my mind at rest. Service: Bug & insect extermination
