This place is in a horrible location and has a make shift marquee on its roof put up without planning permission or correct licensing . It is in the middle of a residential area and on the premises of a very ugly office block. Choose somewhere else and think of how you are being conned by crooks who have no concern for the community if you give them your money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Newham enforcement order in process of being notice issued. Company being investigated by trading standards and licensing. YOU MIGHT LOSE YOUR MONEY IF YOU BOOK AND IT IS CLOSED DOWN BEFORE YOUR EVENT. This venue has erected a illegal marque on the roof of their property for which there is a Newham Planning Enforcement order (Ref. No: 21/00191/ENFC). Polluting local residential area with loud music, local residents are reporting them to Newham Noise Pollution so you might also have them turn up and shut down your event on the night. This unfortunately typifies the attitude of unscrupulous landlords in Newham - just do what ever you feel like, ignoring planning and no consideration for the local community. TO THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY - YOU SHOULD BE ASSHAMED OF YOURSELF - I HOPE THE PAIN YOU ARE CAUSING THE LOCAL COMMUITY IS WORTH THE EXTRA COUPLE OF QUID WHICH YOU PROBABLY DON'T NEED
