Foot Health Service, Newham NHS

The podiatrist were amazing, seamless service with a real professional approach. Their advise real helpful. Their front desk and booking system is utter shambolic hence the one star rating. But I guess the NHS is not unaware of the diabolical service. They are the epitome of disgusting, ignorant and rude, whats worse is they champion that kind of approach.

Service is poor nobody cares that patient is dying with pain i ask for referral but nahh you need to waitfor 8 weeks i already wait for more than 3 months and now its two more months that means near about half year what can we i cant afford private doctor snd here i need to die than they will see me

I had a great experience here. The staff were great and the doctor I saw was fantastic - nice, professional and made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous. Left feeling 100% better after being treated on the spot.
