Turkish Doner E7: Pizza, Burgers, Kebabs

Horrible disastrous experience. Horrendous customer service they lied about delivery time came 2 hours late and I got charged with no refund and nobody picked up the phone. The pizza was terrible a few hours later my head was in the toilet bowl, had to go a and e they told I had chronic food poising. Could never be me again. Ive warned you about this place

I want to give 0 stars. This place is a joke. I should have read the reviews. Im reporting this place higher. No delivery. No refund. No pizza. They lied continuously on the phone. Im going to make sure Uber Eats and Deliveroo remove them. Scammers! No photo to add because no food. We called them multiple times. They eventually confirmed it was a minute away and the driver was parking up and then turned their line off! Absolute A**holes! I wont stop until justice is served.

They lie about delivery when it's late. They never send a delivery driver and you won't be able to get anything back from an app because they will lie and say it's delivered. Scammers.

I would put zero stars but I cant, I order from the shop at 4:41 and it said it would deliver by 5:40 which was ok and at 5:23 it said the order was on the way. After not receiving it by 5:50 I called the store and first the guy said the deliver guy was outside then he changed it and said he was still at the shop so I said if hes not here in 15 mins then Ill come to the store he then said dont come to the store contact deliveroo which is where I ordered from. At 6:20 I called again and he said the delivery guy never came because I said I didnt want the food, which I never said. This company stays open late nights with no intention of delivering your food just to keep the money because the delivery company will still send you the money back but you wouldnt get your food.
